Aminita Mushroom Tea Ceremony

In this 75-minute Sacred Ceremony, will will introduce the Spirit of Aminita Muscaria,the iconic red and white-spotted mushroom, through a tea ceremony. Known for its psychoactive properties, Amanita muscaria contains compounds like muscimol and ibotenic acid, which can induce altered states of consciousness. While the mushroom is not a classic psychedelic in the sense of psilocybin mushrooms, it has been used historically in various shamanic and spiritual traditions. The Amanita muscaria mushroom has a rich history in indigenous and shamanic traditions, particularly in Siberia, where it has been used in rituals for centuries to induce visionary states and to communicate with spirits. This ceremony will connect you to the spirit of the mushroom though an opening ritual, a small dose of the mushroom, meditation, sensing into the mushroom and working with a Shamanic journey through drumming and trance. Please bring a journal and a pen.
