Family Yoga with Kids

This interactive workshop is for children and their caregivers! Learn how to use your magical powers of Kindness, Gratitude, and Energy through Yoga, Songs, Breath, Story, and Positive Mantras. Kimberly weaves asana, pranayama, and intuitive creative movement into her original nature centered kid songs! She comes dressed in her full faery finery, bringing her instruments, sound system, and whimsical energy! Children learn tools for self regulation, social emotional learning, and self love, all while singing, moving and having fun. The show features music from Kimberly’s 2nd album, Dream Sequence! It’s geared towards ages 3-9 yet all are welcome
