“Step into the world of Qigong with ‘How to Be a Grasshopper’, a joyful and accessible workshop designed for beginners. Led by seasoned Qigong teacher and certified Medical Qigong Practitioner Paul Moore Chaves, this experience blends movement, meditation, and mindfulness to cultivate balance, vitality, and inner harmony.
Participants will explore ancient foundational Qigong movements, engaging the body’s natural energy pathways to enhance circulation and relaxation. The ‘Subconscious Awareness Meditation Technique’ will guide attendees into deeper states of presence, helping to unlock stored tension and reconnect with intuitive flow. Through meridian and channel meditations, we’ll harmonize the body’s energetic systems, promoting resilience and clarity.
To support ongoing practice, participants will receive written materials, offering key insights and guidance beyond the workshop. The session will culminate in the Immune Enhancement Qigong long form, a powerful sequence designed to strengthen the body’s natural defenses and boost vitality.
With a lighthearted approach and a spirit of exploration, ‘How to Be a Grasshopper’ invites you to rediscover the joy of movement and the wisdom of stillness. No experience necessary—just curiosity and a willingness to play!”
