“Join Kate for Flow and Let Go! We all sometimes feel stuck and weighed down by things in our lives. We hold onto that energy even when long after we need to. This class is designed to get rid of our unwanted energies. Class starts with flow style movement, warming up the body and then takes us through some deeper, longer holds, allowing the body then to release what we no longer need.
Rooted in the style of vinyasa yoga, linking breath and movement, this class is suitable for all levels. Students can expect the first half of class to be more movement and then the second half of class to be slower.
Kate teaches with a focus on tuning into your own body, both physical and emotional, learning to listen to what you truly need. Her laid-back and authentic approach to teaching creates an inspiring, uplifting, and fun environment.
This class is designed for all levels of asana experience.”
