Treat yourself to an experience to enrich your spirit and promote self-healing. You are invited to join us for 75 minutes of breathwork, guided meditation and a sound/gong bath. Sound healing is designed to release stress and anxiety, increase mental clarity and deepen inner peace. Come with the intention to expand and transform your mind.
