Sacred Cacao, Yoga, and Meditation

This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to share the healing energy of cacao, meditation, and yoga as a community. Cacao is a natural heart opener, it is pure chocolate unprocessed. We will do an open level yoga practice to open our hearts physically, set an intention mentally, to then mediate and drink Mother cacao to open us up spiritually.
