Kate believes in yoga and has spent over 20 years growing as a student and as a teacher. She feels yoga is not only a way to keep fit, but a lifestyle that helps us live at our full potential. Kate was trained in the mindset yoga can be for everybody and every body. Her laid-back and authentic approach to teaching creates classes that are inspiring, uplifting, full of flow, and good energy. She teaches with a focus on tuning in to your own body, inviting students to listen to what they need. Students are encouraged to beyond the poses, dig deeper into their true self and embrace their unique yoga journey. Kate works to create an environment where everyone can grow both physically and spiritually.
